Trainer

JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Trainer to onboard new property consultants and keep the brokerage floor sharp. RERA refreshers, product knowledge, scripts, and role-play. You build the discipline. The standard that new consultants walk in with is the standard that stays, and you are the one who sets it. The best trainers in real estate are also the best salespeople. We want someone who has done both.

Key responsibilities

  1. Design and deliver the onboarding programme for all new property consultants
  2. Run RERA refresher sessions, regulatory updates, and product knowledge workshops
  3. Develop scripts, objection-handling frameworks, and sales process materials
  4. Conduct role-play sessions and call reviews on a regular cadence
  5. Identify skills gaps across the consultant team and build targeted remediation plans
  6. Report training outcomes and consultant progress to the Sales Manager monthly

Requirements

  1. Minimum 3 years in Dubai real estate, with a proven personal track record in property sales
  2. Previous experience designing or delivering sales training in a structured environment
  3. Strong facilitator: engaging in a room, not just knowledgeable
  4. Familiar with RERA regulations and DLD transaction processes
  5. Able to build and maintain training materials without being given a template
