Receptionist
JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Receptionist to be the first impression at Stay®'s Business Bay office. Phone, walk-ins, calendar management, and light admin. The role is not complicated but it requires someone who is polished, organised, and unflappable. You set the tone for every client, candidate, and visitor who walks through the door.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the front desk: greet visitors, answer calls, and direct enquiries to the right person
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and maintain the office calendar
- Receive and sort incoming mail, couriers, and deliveries
- Support the admin and HR team with document filing, printing, and light data entry
- Manage office supply inventory and place orders when stock is low
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as directed by the Administrative Director
Requirements
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or office coordinator role
- Polished, professional, and calm under a busy front-desk environment
- Strong written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage
- Organised, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple requests simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with calendar management tools
