We are looking for Property Consultants to join Stay®'s brokerage division. List, market, and close residential transactions across off-plan and secondary segments. You bring the pipeline and the drive. We bring the brand, the marketing support, and the infrastructure. Strong commission structure, RERA-licensed brand, and a team that takes compliance and quality seriously.

1. Build and maintain a personal pipeline of buyer and seller clients
2. Handle secondary market viewings, offers, and negotiations through to contract signing
3. Present off-plan projects to qualified investors and guide them through the reservation process
4. Manage the full transaction file from Form A/Form B through to DLD transfer or developer handover
5. Ensure all listings are accurate and live on Bayut and Property Finder
6. Operate in full compliance with RERA regulations and DLD requirements

1. RERA-certified broker card (active and valid)
2. Minimum 1 year closing property transactions in Dubai (secondary or off-plan)
3. Existing client relationships or a demonstrable lead generation method
4. Working knowledge of DLD processes: Form A, Form B, NOC, manager's cheques, trustee transfer
5. Self-motivated and target-driven; does not need daily management to perform
