Guest Relations Executive
JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Guest Relations Executive to manage the guest experience across Stay®'s short-term rental portfolio. You are the first point of contact from booking confirmation through to check-out and review. Every issue resolved before it escalates, every stay ending with a five-star review. Fast response times, precise coordination with operations, and the composure that turns a problem into a positive interaction.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound guest communications across Airbnb, Booking.com, direct channel, and WhatsApp
- Send check-in instructions, welcome messages, and house rules to every guest ahead of arrival
- Coordinate key handovers and access with the operations team
- Respond to in-stay issues and escalate maintenance requests promptly
- Handle check-out communications, deposit releases, and review follow-ups
- Log all guest interactions in Guesty and flag recurring issues to the Director of Operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in guest relations, front office, or hospitality customer service
- Fast, professional written communicator in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Comfortable managing multiple active conversations simultaneously across platforms
- Familiar with short-term rental platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, or similar)
- Available for shift coverage aligned to check-in and check-out times; some weekend availability required
