Conveyancer
JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Conveyancer to move signed deals through DLD to completion. Once a transaction is under contract, you own it: NOC, manager's cheques, trustee appointment, and transfer day. The role no one notices when it works and everyone notices when it does not. We need someone who knows the process, runs it without prompting, and never lets a file go cold.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all post-contract documentation: NOC requests, MOU, Form F, and DLD registration
- Book and attend DLD trustee appointments; coordinate buyer, seller, and mortgage parties
- Track and chase manager's cheques, ensuring correct payee names and amounts before transfer day
- Liaise with developers for NOC and title deed issuance on off-plan transactions
- Update the transaction tracker daily and flag any delays to the Sales Manager immediately
- File all completed transaction documents in line with RERA record-keeping requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in a conveyancing or real estate transaction coordination role in DubaiFluent in DLD procedures: NOC, trustee, manager's cheques, title deed, Form F
- Strong organisational skills with zero tolerance for missing or incorrect documentation
- Calm under the pressure of simultaneous transactions at different stages
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an advantage
