Business Development Manager

JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to grow Stay®'s property management portfolio. Find owners who want more from their asset, show them what Stay® delivers, and close the Property Management Agreement. You generate your own leads, run viewings, and work your own pipeline. The back-office, listing engine, and operations team are already running. Your job is to bring the properties in.

Key responsibilities

  1. Generate leads through direct outreach, referrals, owner community networks, and property events
  2. Qualify owners, book viewings, and present Stay®'s property management proposition
  3. Negotiate and close Property Management Agreements (PMA)
  4. Coordinate the onboarding handover to the operations team after each signed PMA
  5. Maintain a live, accurate pipeline in HubSpot CRM
  6. Report weekly to the Director of Operations on targets, conversion rates, and pipeline health

Requirements

  1. Minimum 2 years in business development or sales in Dubai real estate, property management, or hospitality
  2. Track record of closing: numbers, not titles
  3. Existing contacts in the owner or investor community are a strong advantage
  4. Comfortable working to monthly targets with uncapped commission
  5. UAE driving licence preferred
