Brokerage Administrator

JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Brokerage Administrator to keep the operational side of Stay® Real Estate running cleanly. Form A, Form B, Form I, DLD coordination, listings management, and contract support. Without this role working precisely, nothing else moves. You are detail-led and deadline-led, and you know that a wrong form or missed trustee booking can unwind a deal.

Key responsibilities

  1. Prepare and process Form A, Form B, Form I, and MOU documentation for all transactions
  2. Coordinate with DLD trustee offices to book transfer appointments and track progress
  3. Upload, maintain, and update all property listings on Bayut and Property Finder
  4. Manage manager's cheque tracking and verify all payment documentation before transfer day
  5. Support the Sales Manager with contract preparation, NOC follow-up, and developer correspondence
  6. Maintain the active transaction tracker and flag at-risk or delayed files immediately

Requirements

  1. Minimum 2 years in a real estate administrative role in Dubai
  2. Working knowledge of DLD documentation: Form A, Form B, Form I, NOC, trustee processes
  3. Experience managing listings on Bayut and Property Finder portals
  4. Highly organised with a strong accuracy rate under deadline pressure
  5. RERA-registered or willing to complete registration upon joining
